Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Use of Choral Sheet Music

1. License Grant and Use

By purchasing sheet music from allysoncharvel.com, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions:

a. The Purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Music for personal and non-commercial purposes, including individual study, practice, and performance.

b. The Purchaser is not permitted to share, distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on the Music, except as expressly allowed under these terms.

c. Each purchase of the Music grants the Purchaser the right to use a single copy of the Music for the specified purpose. Additional copies must be purchased separately.

2. Performance Rights

a. The Purchaser may use the Music for live public performances, including performances by choirs, ensembles, or other musical groups. No separate performance royalty is required for live performances.

b. If the Purchaser wishes to record, broadcast, stream, or digitally distribute a performance of the Music, a separate performance license must be obtained from Allyson C. Harvel.

3. Copyright Notice and Credit

a. The Music is protected by copyright law. The Purchaser agrees to keep any copyright notices intact and visible on all copies of the Music.

b. If the Music is performed in public or recorded, appropriate credit to Allyson C. Harvel as the composer must be provided in all promotional materials and programs.

4. Prohibited Uses

a. The Purchaser may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Music to any third party.

b. The Purchaser may not use the Music in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Allyson C. Harvel.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

a. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Music are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by law.

6. Modifications and Derivative Works

a. The Purchaser may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Music without the prior written consent of Allyson C. Harvel.

7. Termination

a. This license is effective until terminated. Allyson C. Harvel reserves the right to terminate this license if the Purchaser breaches any of these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, United States.
